The 9th International Relations On Indonesian Foreign Policy Conference (IROFONIC) is an annual international conference program organized by the Department of International Relations, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur, as a forum for academic discussion, knowledge exchange, and collaboration at the national and international levels. Each year, IROFONIC brings together academics, practitioners, and students to discuss contemporary global issues from various perspectives. This year's conference is themed "Inclusive Global Partnerships for the Goals," reflecting our commitment to fostering dialogue, collaboration, and inclusivity in addressing pressing global challenges. IROFONIC 2025 is expected to be a platform for academics, researchers, practitioners, and students to share insights, exchange knowledge, and strengthen networks for sustainable global cooperation. The conference featured four panel discussions, including Good Governance on National Matter, Regional Challenges on Good Governance, Inclusive Environmental Protection, and Social Inclusion in Education. These panel themes were chosen to highlight the importance of inclusive governance, environmental sustainability, and social equity in both national and regional contexts. By addressing these key areas, IROFONIC 2025 is expected to generate broader dialogue and actionable ideas that support inclusive global partnerships and the achievement of shared goals.
