Abstract

Dual role conflicts often arise for female employees, one as a housewife and one as an employee in the company. Conflict will be found with spiritual intelligence as a conflict neutrality variable. Both, dual role conflict and spiritual intelligence, will meet in performance. This type of research is quantitative research with an associative approach. The data source comes from primary data in the form of a questionnaire taken from 85 samples. The results of the dual role conflict test partially influence the performance of female employees at the Islamic Hospital (RSI) PDHI Yogyakarta. Spiritual intelligence has a partial effect on the performance of female employees at RSI PDHI Yogyakarta. Dual role conflict and spiritual intelligence simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of female employees at RSI PDHI Yogyakarta. 44.6% of employee performance is explained by dual role conflict and spiritual intelligence.
